HOW TO GET TO MYRTLEVILLE COUNTY CORK

MYRTLEVILLE is a small village near CROSSHAVEN Co. Cork at entrance to Cork Harbour.

Bellevue Bed and Breakfast is 2 miles from Crosshaven and can be reached either through Crosshaven or follow right hand turn on Carrigaline/Crosshaven road, next left and next right, each turn is well signposted.

The following national roads lead to CORK CITY

  • Dublin N 8

  • Limerick N 20

  • Waterford N 25

  • Kerry N 22

  • West Cork N 71

From the NORTH (Limerick and Dublin) and East (Waterford) you've got to cross the river LEE twice and head SOUTH in the direction of AIRPORT / FERRY.

The SOUTH LINK road exits the city in this direction and at the next major intersection
you should head EAST on the N 28 to RINGASKIDDY (Ferry). The next major traffic roundabout shows Ringaskiddy left (heading East) and a RIGHT turn for Carrigaline and Crosshaven. The R 612 will take you on the Crosshaven road.
Follow the above instructions to Myrtleville.

There is now a new TUNNEL under the River LEE. This will bring traffic away from the city centre. Cars from Dublin and Waterford should travel SOUTH through the tunnel and join the N 28 to Ringaskiddy. The rest is easy.

People coming from KERRY (N 22) and WEST CORK (N 71) can join the N 28 at the Kinsale Road Roundabout. Alternatively N 71 can be exited at Ballinhassig and head in the direction of Ringaskiddy / Carrigaline.

From Cork Airport turn right to Kinsale (R 600) and next left at Fivemilebridge to Carrigaline (R 613). Join the R 612 to Crosshaven at Carrigaline.
